Return & exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error may be eligible for a free replacement or full refund. We will provide a prepaid return label when applicable. For standard returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion or order details.

Refunds will be processed promptly after inspection of returned items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
